Adjust transaction for WBS Structure

This article will cover how to adjust transactions for WBS structure.

This article is relevant for you if you have any transactions on parent activity number that need to be adjusted.

If you are very familiar with how to work in WBS structure, you can skip to point (X)

1. Find the project you want to adjust transactions for, and press on "Work breakdown structure"

2. Thereafter, expand the whole WBS structure

3. Press on "Edit" at the top of the screen (you might need to select a line first before you get an option to edit in WBS structure)

4. Select the activities you want to adjust, and then press on "Outdent"

5. After outdenting the relevant activities, you can save and publish the changes (temporarily)

6. Press "OK" on the saved changes

7. After you are done with relevant adjustments, go back to the project WBS structure and select the activities you previously have outdented. Then press on "indent". After indenting, press on "Save" and publish the changes.
