Corporate Eurocard guidelines

Eurocard is given to DRC employees only if is deemed to be necessary for their ability to perform DRC relevant work. The purpose of the Eurocard, is to make it easier for employees to perform their work at DRC, especially if it involves travelling in the context of DRC work abroad. 

 

The card is personal. As such, the card may under any circumstances never be handed over to another individual. 

 

The card is a company card, and as such must not be used for private purposes. It must not be used in following ways:

  • Cash withdrawal
  • Paying running costs, such as subscriptions
  • The danish travel card
  • Booking of flight tickets. The booking must happen through DRC partner, "Unitas Rejser

The latest date at which you can make an expense report, is a month after the Eurocard have been used. If you miss the deadline, and cannot document or explain the transactions on the Eurocard, the card can be blocked or closed and the Eurocard expense will be deducted from you wage.

 

As a Eurocard holder, it is your responsibility to keep an eye for unknown expenses on your card. Furthermore, it is your responsibility to look for signs of misuse of the card. If you discover any signs of such misuse, you must immediately contact Eurocard on phone, +45 3673 7139, between 08:30 - 17:00. Alternatively, you can block your card by contacting +45 7030 1201 or through Eurocard app.
