Payment for your expenses

Are you waiting on your payment? It depends on when it was approved, so we will explain how you can see it in Kompas. 

Are you waiting on tax-free allowances? 

We are talking about tax-free allowances when the payment method is "Payroll" in Kompas.

• Per Diem (24515-01)
• Mileage allowance (24515-03)
• Private Lodging (24515-04)

Tax-free allowance expenses will come with your salary. To have it with your next salary it needs to be approved latest the10th in the month otherwise it will come with your salary the month after. 

Are you waiting on private expense claim?

We have many categories and we will only be using some examples. You can see if it's a private expense claim when the payment method is "CASH"

We will pay-out your claim 7 days after it's approved with a bank transfer.  

• Air, train and bus fare (24514-01)
• Meals when travelling (24515-02)
• Employees' internet expe.. (24613-01)
  • And many more.

Do you know how to see the date for approval? 

You need to go to workflow history and see the approval date. 

1. Open Kompas
2. Go to Expense Management -> My expenses -> Expense report
3. Click on the expense report you want to check

4. Click workflow and "View history"

5. First line will show you the date for approval.
