  • Updated

Time registration is to be done by all Danish Red Cross employees independent of whether the time should be registered as internal Red Cross time or time on a project such as an operational project This user guide will show how to create a new timesheet for time registration, how to create, edit and select from favorites, how to show all timesheets registered by the employee and how to submit and
recall a timesheet.

  1. Go to Kompas
  2.  Go to Modules → Project management and accounting → Timesheets → My Timesheets

  1. You will open op a new window. At the top of the screen press "+ New"

  1. In the new window to the right, press "Create from favorites", so you don't have to fill out all your projects in the future. Thereafter, press "OK"
    • If you, for example, want to make a timesheet for a previous week, you just change the cell "Date"

  1. You can now add the projects you have worked on, by press "+ New line". We recommend that you add project nr. 00001 (RC time) and 99999 (absence) to your timesheet.
    • In this example, there will be 3 projects: 0000199999, 20718-16 (ØA Kompas drift)
      • Project 99999 you'll have to write in manually
      • On certain projects, such as 20718-16 you'll have to fill out an activity number. If your project has an activity number, Kompas will inform you with the message "The activity number is missing. The project that is associated with this timesheet entry requires you to enter an activity number."

  1. When you have filled out all the relevant lines, press "Save as favorites"

  1. When you are done filling out your timesheet for the day, press "Save" at the top of the screen

  1. You'll have to fill-out your timesheet throughout the week. Next time you open your timesheet, you have to press "Edit" at the top of the screen
