Expense Management

You probably need to add project information on one of your transactions.

 

Remember to use the entrance "Expense Report" and not "Expense Management"

One or more accounting distribution is missing a ledger account that is not valid. Use the Accounting distribution form or the Posting profile to update the ledger account

One of the lines are missing information such as donor cost classification, project ID, project type, etc. Add the information to the line before sending

 

This change will cause the funding limits for these distributions to be exceeded. If sufficient funds are available, open the Accounting distributions form and distribute the amounts

Press "reset all distribution"

Find the failed invoice in the workflow history --> Press on the invoice document --> Under "financials", press "View distributions" --> Press "Reset all distributions" --> Press "Yes"

 

Expense report cannot be submitted. Check for any expense lines with incomplete itemization, an incomplete split, any policy errors or expenses with an amount of zero

User is using an old template. Delete the expense report and make a new one.

Check the user version (Maintain version) in system administration. 

Do so on the primary user account and on system administrators.

 

 

It is not possible to send email as 'user@rodekors.dk' from account 'd365envadmin@rodekors.dk'. 

 

Accounts receivable

Go to user in system administration --> User options --> Account and change sender email to 'debitor@rodekors.dk'

 

Account number for transaction type Error account does not exist. Project adjustments

Financial controlling needs to remove the condition about employee number, because the employee is no longer at DRC. Then the controller can adjust and then the condition can be added again.

 

The activity number is missing. The project that is associated with this hour transaction requires you to enter an activity number Project adjustments

You need to go to the project and remove the condition about WBS-number is required and then you can adjust the old transactions and add the condition again.
