To manage expenses on other colleagues’ behalf, you must first be assigned as their delegate. The guide

- Go to Kompas
- On the left-hand side, press on the bottom button to open modules
- Go to “Expense management” → “My expenses” → “Expense reports”
- In the new window, at the top press “Open other user’s expenses”
- On the right-hand side, you can choose the employee you want to make the expense report for.
Select the person you want to make expense report for, and then press “OK"
- To see if you choose the correct person, you can look at the top of the screen, who you are
making the expense report for
- To create an expense report, press “+ New expense report”
