- Go to Kompas
- Open Modules → “Expense Management” → “My expenses” → “Expense reports”
- In the new window, press “+ New expense report”
- Write in “Purpose” in the new window and press “OK”
- Fill out “Expense category”, “Transaction amount”, “Project ID” and “Activity number” (if applicable)
- If you work on international project, fill out “Donor Cost Classification”
- Fill out “Payment method” as “CASH”
- For this Example I will be using category 24613-01
- If you used Eurocard, then you need to use this guide: Eurocard expense guide (PDF).pdf (sharepoint.com)
- Press on the date itself
- This will bring up a more detailed overview of the expense report and give you an error “Please attach a photo or scan of the recepts for each expense before submitting the expense”
- Now write in “Additional information” and press “upload and attach new receipt”
- In the new window, press “Browse” and upload the relevant receipt from your computer. Thereafter, press “Upload”
- In the top left corner, press “Save”, and then submit your expense report to the workflow
- In the new window, press “Submit”, at the bottom right corner
