Expense claim

  1. Go to Kompas
  2. Open Modules → “Expense Management” → “My expenses” → “Expense reports

  1. In the new window, press “+ New expense report

  1. Write in “Purpose” in the new window and press “OK

  1. Fill out “Expense category”, “Transaction amount”, “Project ID” and “Activity number” (if applicable)
    • If you work on international project, fill out “Donor Cost Classification”
  2. Fill out “Payment method” as “CASH”

  1. Press on the date itself

  1. This will bring up a more detailed overview of the expense report and give you an error “Please attach a photo or scan of the recepts for each expense before submitting the expense

  1. Now write in “Additional information” and press “upload and attach new receipt

  1. In the new window, press “Browse” and upload the relevant receipt from your computer. Thereafter, press “Upload

  1. In the top left corner, press “Save”, and then submit your expense report to the workflow

  1. In the new window, press “Submit”, at the bottom right corner
