Eurocard expense management

Note: To make use of the Eurocard integration in Kompas, you must use the Eurocard App for your receipts

Finance are reading Eurocard transactions daily. It mean that you can find transactions from yesterday at lunch time in Kompas. 

  1. Go to Kompas
  2. Go to Modules, thereafter, choose Expense managementMy expense reportsExpense reports

  1. At the top of the screen, press "+ New expense report"

  1. In the new window, write in Purpose and at the bottom, press OK

  1. In the new window, go to the top left of your secreen and press "Add unattached expenses"

  1. This will bring up a wondow with all your anattached expenses. Find the relevant expense, select it, and the press OK at the bottom of the screen

  1. This action will add your expense to your overall expense report
    • You can repeat step 5 and 6 to add more Eurocard expenses to your report
  2. After you added your Eurocard expense, you press on the transaction date in your report

  1. Doing so will open the overview for the specific expenses. In the top left corner press "Edit"

  1. You need to make sure that "Expense category" is correct. Thereafter add "Additional information" "Project ID" and "Activity number" (if applicable)
    • If you are working on an international project, make sure to add "Donor Cost Classification"
    • You can check the receipt by pressing "Open" on the right side of the screen

  1. Press "Save in the top left corner. Thereafter, go to workflow and press "submit"

  1. In the new window press "Submit"
