How to use the Eurocard app

1. You need to download the Eurocard app in your mobile store

2. When you have used your Eurocard, you will receive a notification on your phone

3. You have to log on your Eurocard app

4. In the app, you'll see all the receipts from your transactions. Select the transaction you want to attach a receipt to

a. In this example, we'll look at the top expense (Shop N bet)

5. Doing so, will open the transaction itself. In the top right corner, you can press the "+" to attach the receipt

6. This will prompt a pop-up at the bottom of your screen. Press "Scan the receipt"

7. Take a picture of the receipt you have received

8. Your receipt will now be attached to your expense

9. You can confirm that the receipt is attached, by going back yo Eurocard main menu. You'll see a small receipt icon next to your expense

10. Now you can fill out an expense report in Kompas, by following this guide: Eurocard expense guide (PDF).pdf (sharepoint.com)
